Alternative to evowhey
I buy it without added flavor. I add defatted black cocoa powder or a cup of decaffeinated coffee, otherwise difficult to swallow just mixing with water. Good protein level. I find it gives me some reflux (when evowhey none). Let's see over time if the experience was worth it (buy for 2 months!).
La compre sin sabor añadido. Le añado cacao negro desgrasado en polvo o una taza de café descafeinado, sino difícil de tragar solo mezclando con agua. Buen nivel proteico. Me parece que me da algunos reflujos (cuando evowhey ninguno). A ver con el tiempo si la experiencia valió la pena (compre para 2 meses!).

I have tried all three flavors and my favorite is vanilla. I prepare it with milk and banana and it is a delicious shake. I have a hard time maintaining my weight, I don't like meats (source of animal protein) and I am 65 years old. With this vegetable protein supplement and training, I have gained a few more pounds and gained muscle mass. And what's more, I love the taste! It's a pleasure to drink the shake when I get home from the gym! I highly recommend it!
He probado los tres sabores y mi favorito es el de vainilla. Lo preparo con leche y banana y es un batido delicioso. Me cuesta mantener el peso,no me gustan las carnes( fuente de proteína animal ) y tengo 65 años. Con este complemento de proteína vegetal y el entrenamiento, he logrado unos kilos más y he ganado masa muscular. Y además, me encanta el sabor! Es un gusto tomar el batido al llegar del gimnasio! Lo recomiendo!

Good protein isolate, without any fat or carbohydrates. Great quality/price. Dissolves well. I bought it unflavored because it didn't stay flavored. I mix it with sweetener and it goes well.
