I'm looking for a lactose-free protein that I like, but I admit that I'm very particular about it. I don't like this one because of the texture, it's too thick for my taste. The taste is fine.

Strawberry flavor for sure, very good texture a little thick but better this way, it is good with water or soy milk great amount of protein and very good to satisfy hunger if you are lactose intolerant I recommend this for sure Note, I wish there were more variety of flavors like the evowhey
Sabor Fresa seguro, de textura muy buena un poco espesa pero así mejor, queda bien con agua o con leche de soja gran cantidad de proteínas y muy buena para saciar el hambre si eres intolerante a la lactosa te recomiendo esta seguro
Nota, me gustaría que hubiesen mas variedad de sabores como la evowhey

I will not repeat
First time I've tried a vegetable protein, I've always had whey protein. It foams a lot, but it's not palatable, so all that stuff gets washed away. The taste is achieved but the texture is slightly gritty or earthy. In my case it doesn't make my digestion any worse or better either, but I did notice that I lost a little weight (let's just say I don't have the bloated feeling). I will go back to whey isolates.
La primera vez que pruebo una proteína vegetal, siempre he tomado proteína de suero. Hace mucha espuma, pero no es apetecible, así que todo eso se deshecha. El sabor está conseguido pero la textura es ligeramente como arenosa o terrosa. En mi caso tampoco empeora ni mejora la digestión, pero sí he notado que he bajado un poco de peso (digamos que no tengo la sensación de hinchado).
Yo volveré a las aisladas de suero.
