Does not give you gas
Whey protein used to make me gassy, just like milk does. Therefore, I opted for a soy shake, which is not a milk derivative and now the shakes do not give me gas and it works wonders for me. Another positive aspect that this shake has compared to the buttermilk shake, is that this one is thicker, which gives a greater feeling of satiety, while the buttermilk shakes are not thicker and are more liquid, which makes you feel like you haven't eaten after a while.
La proteina de suero de leche me generaba gases, igual que lo hace la leche. Por lo tanto, opte por un batido de soja, que no es un derivado de la leche y ahora los batidos no medan gases y me viene de maravilla. Otro aspecto positivo que tiene este batido comparado al de suero deleche, es que este es más espeso, lo que dado mayor sensación de saciedad,mientras que los batidos de suero de leche no espesa y son más líquidos, lo que hace que al rato sientas la sensación de no haber comido.

Alternative when you are on a budget
I tried just a free 30g pack, I use protein to make creams and not drinks in shakers and personally given the solubility and final consistency I prefer evowhey and evolate.

I like it for its thickness but the texture remains grainy even after letting it sit. Vegans, prefer pea protein (tested as a gift sample and approved).
