Good but with a suggestion
Although I have bought several to try so far I have only consumed the vanilla one, in general quite well, certainly in terms of taste and texture much better than other vegetable prot. It's too soon to give an opinion on the performance, at a digestive level it has been very good for me. As a suggestion... I wish they had the option of ordering them unsweetened, since almost all of them are very sweet to my palate.
Aunque he comprado varias para probar de momento sólo he consumido la de vainilla, en general bastante bien, desde luego en cuanto a sabor y textura mucho mejor que otras protes vegetales. Del rendimiento es pronto para opinar, a nivel digestivo me ha sentado muy bien. Como sugerencia... ojalá se diese la opción de pedirlas sin edulcorar ya que casi todas se hacen muy dulzonas a mi paladar.

I do not recommend it
I had high expectations with Soy Protein Pistachio flavor because I had used it with a neutral flavor, but I do not recommend it at all. It tastes anything but pistachio, on the contrary, it reminds me of some medicine or soft drink that leaves an unpleasant aftertaste, making it very difficult to take.
Tenía muchas expectativas con la Proteína de Soja sabor pistacho ya que la había utilizado con sabor neutro, pero no la aconsejo para nada. Sabe a todo menos a pistacho, al contrario, me recuerda a algún medicamento o refrescol que deja un retrogusto desagradable, por lo que se hace muy difícil tomarla.

Good flavor (strawberry) and much better price than others, the texture is coarser than the buttermilk ones and you have to take this into account when adding it to shakes.

Horrible pistachio flavor
I think I've already tried all the soy flavors, some I like more and others less, then there is the (new) Pistachio which is horrible, it tastes like bitter almonds to me, I don't know if I can finish it. On the other hand the Apple Pie flavor is very good, it basically tastes like cinnamon. Waiting for them to put Chocolate-Hazelnut flavor (nutella) as there is already in the pea flavor. Cheers.
Creo que ya he probado todos los sabores de soja, algunos gustan más y otros menos, luego está el (nuevo) de Pistacho que es horrible, a mi me sabe a almendra amarga, no sé si podré terminarlo. Por otra parte el sabor Pastel de manzana está muy bueno, básicamente sabe a canela. Esperando que pongan sabor Chocolate-Avellanas (nutella) como ya lo hay en la de guisante. Saludos.
