Have taken this time apple, because the other varieties that I always have were not in stock. Taste and consistency are OK, make me another 1 spoonful of low-fat curd, flaxseed (ground); psyllium husks and still Aminos and vitamins with pure. I like it nice and thick (psyllium seeds). This is the main food source together with vegetables and lunchtime meat, hardly KH (vegetables) AND COME VERY GOOD CLARIFICATION

Das ist die Hauptnahrungsquelle zusammen mit Gemüse und Mittags Fleisch, kaum KH (Gemüse) UND KOMME SEHR GUT KLAR

Does not dissolve very well
It does its job but it does not dissolve as well as whey protein, if you add it to oatmeal or something like that it has a grainy texture. The amount of leucine, which is the most anabolic amino acid, is lower than whey so you have to consume 30% more or so to compensate. Still, very well priced, it's worth it. The vanilla flavor is ok, the mango and pineapple is not recommended.
Cumple su cometido pero no disuelve tan bien como la proteína whey, si se lo echas a la avena o algo por el estilo tiene una textura granulosa. La cantidad de leucina, que es el aminoacido más anabólico, es inferior a la whey por lo que debes de consumir un 30% más o así para compensar. Aún así, muy bien de precio, merece la pena. El sabor vainilla está ok, el de mango y piña no lo recomiendo.
