A product with a good taste, it does not repeat in the stomach nor is it heavy. It dissolves well. Its effects are perceived with time and constancy. The only downside I would put is the presentation. The ladle gets soaked when you introduce it, you end up with stained fingers and it sticks a lot. In a jar or with a ladle with a longer handle could solve the problem.

La única pega que pondría es la presentación. El cazo se empapa cuando lo introduces acabas con dedos manchados y se pega mucho. En tarro o con un cazo de mango más largo podría solucionar el problema.

I have taken it for a couple of days and in principle it is fine, it does not have much flavor and does not repeat. The powder dissolves well and also goes well added on top of a salad. Perhaps the only problem I see is that the powdered format stains the hands quite a bit when using the dispenser. It is more practical to take it directly with a spoon.
