Combined with glucosamine and chondroitin

I combine them with chondroitin and glucosamine. I was taking the other two for a couple of months and I did notice much less pain, plus my knees were less loaded. I took it during the summer, as I had some intense travel. It went surprisingly well. Then I took a break and now I have ordered again, adding the MSM ones. I still don't know if I will notice the difference

Las combino con condroitina y glucosamina. Estuve tomando un par de meses las otras dos y sí que noté mucho menos dolor,. además de las rodillas menos cargadas. Lo tomé durante el verano, pues tenía un viaje algo intenso. Me fue sorprendentemente bien. Luego hice un descanso y ahora he vuelto a pedir, añadiendo las de MSM. Todavía no sé si notaré la diferencia

Effective against tendon pain.

I started taking it a month ago for a tendon injury. And, together with the glucosamine, the pain has decreased. I will continue with this product. The only drawback is that the pills are too large to swallow whole.

Empecé a tomarlo hace un mes por una lesión de un tendón. Y, unido a la glucosamina, el dolor ha disminuido. Seguiré con este producto. Como único inconveniente es que las pastillas son demasiado grandes para tragarlas enteras.

Good complement

It is the first time I will use this brand of this supplement, but I think it will work very well. To put a but, the capsules somewhat large, not everyone would swallow them and in that case I recommend the powder format.

Es la primera vez que voy a usar esta marca de este complemento, pero creo que me funcionará muy bien. Por poner un pero, las cápsulas algo grandes, no todo el mundo las tragaría y en ese caso recomiendo el formato polvo.
