I take this product for the joints because I started running and I noticed discomfort in my knees. And very well, in two weeks I noticed the results. The only thing I decided to combine it with chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine, I bought three bottles and I discovered later that HSN has a product that brings together these 3 in 1 and it would be much more comfortable, so I will try it when I run out.
Tomo este producto para las articulaciones porque me inicié en el running y me notaba molestias en las rodillas. Y muy bien, en dos semanas ya noté los resultados. Lo único que decidí combinarlo con sulfato de condroitina y de glucosamina, he comprado tres botes y descubrí a posteriori que HSN tienen un producto que reúne estos 3 en 1 y sería mucho más cómodo, entonces lo probaré cuando se me acaben.
