Maybe it's because I had very high expectations about ginseng, but what I really notice are similar or lesser effects than those of theanine, and what gives me more energy I would have to try it at more times of the day to check it better, since taking it shortly before a bowl of porridge may not be the best time for the insulin shock that gives me to train then with a calm stomach.
Quizás es porque tenia expectativas muy altas sobre el ginseng, pero lo que realmente noto son unos efectos parecidos o menores que los de la teanina, y el qué me de más energía tendría que probarlo en mas momentos del día para comprobarlo mejor, ya que tomarlo poco antes de un bol de papilla igual no es el mejor momento por el golpe de insulina que me da para entrenar luego con el estómago tranquilo
