On days when I don't sleep much because of work and I have to train the next morning, I never miss it. I use it 30 minutes before starting the physical activity and personally I notice it (I don't drink coffee).

When I need a caffeine boost to keep working or studying, I have taken caffeine pills before, but I have switched to this smart caffeine and I am very happy. You notice the effect over the hours and you avoid that sudden drop of normal caffeine.
