I loved it! I took it before playing a Padel match at 9 pm, when I was already tired from the day, having trained, +15000 steps, etc. and it activated me perfectly. I will try to take it only at specific times, as I consume a lot of coffee and I do not want to become too tolerant, yes, the next day I had a headache but I can not say it was because of caffeine, it could be fatigue or any other independent factor, I will continue to buy it.
Me ha encantado! Lo tomé antes de jugar un partido de Padel a las 9 de la noche, cuando ya me encontraba cansada del día, haber entrenado, +15000 pasos, etc y me activó perfectamente. Voy a intentar tomarlo solo en momentos puntuales, ya que consumo bastante café y no quiero volverme demasiado tolerante, eso sí, al día siguiente tenía muchísimo dolor de cabeza pero no puedo afirmar que fuera por la cafeína, pudo ser el cansancio o cualquier otro factor independiente, seguiré comprándola.
