I think they are great, I take them because I needed a "little boost" for the afternoons. I usually felt very tired and had a hard time concentrating. I take one after lunch and it's great until the evening. They don't make you nervous or anxious as you might get when you drink a lot of coffee. I think they are simply great!
Me parecen estupendas, yo las tomo porque necesitaba un "empujoncillo" para las tardes. Normalmente me sentía muy cansada y me costaba concentrarme.
