I have been taking electrolyte mineral salts for a couple of years or so and they are effective because of their high potassium, magnesium, chloride, calcium and sodium content. My situation is exceptional because due to a disease my body stopped assimilating all the essential potassium and sodium, causing instability, dizziness, etc. And the solution was to take them through supplements and these help me a lot.

Llevo tomando hace un par de años más o menos las sales minerales de electrolitos y son eficaces por su alto contenido en potasio, magnesio, cloruro, calcio y sodio. Mi situación es excepcional ya que por una enfermedad mi cuerpo dejó de asimilar todo el potasio y sodio esenciales, provocando inestabilidad, mareos, etc. Y la solución era tomarlos mediante complementos y éstos me ayudan bastante.
