I feel better taking creatine divided into 3 capsules throughout the day. I also take them in the HSN pill box so I don't skip taking them. A little big but they go down smoothly.

Great value for money, it's the first time I take creatine in capsules because in powder form I don't feel very good and I've been taking it for a week and it hasn't given me any problems; in terms of effectiveness it's still early but I guess that being creatine it will be fine.
