I was looking for creatine capsules that were creapure, since the powder format is not comfortable for me. In general very well, but it is true that the capsules seem a little big and depending on the people may have problems swallowing them.

They are slightly larger than omega 3 tablets. The only problem with respect to the powder is that you cannot dose the exact amount you require since each tablet is 3g. But it is very convenient since you can take them with you. I think they are a very good option. Recommended.
Son pastillas de un tamaño ligeramente mayor a las pastillas de omega 3. El único problema con respecto a en polvo es que no puedes dosificar la cantidad exacta que requieres ya que cada pastilla es de 3g. Pero es muy cómodo ya que puedes llevarlas contigo. Me parecen una muy buena opción. Recomendadas.
