The most convenient way to take creatine
The capsules are a little big but I don't mind that, I warn people who are sensitive to the size of the pills. Very convenient to take creatine if you are taking 3 to 5 grams a day.

Excellent product, monohydrate and Creapure. Very easy to take if you take the pills well, but be careful if you have trouble swallowing, because they are very large capsules. As I have no problem swallowing them, I find it an EXCELLENT product.
