Good bread thickener
I love Psyllium to make gluten-free bread, you can notice the difference of pouring it into the dough, how it absorbs the water, and the bread dough is very elastic as if it had gluten. After baking it was a fairly acceptable crumb, which of course will never be like the usual bread, but for being gluten-free it was a fantastic bread thanks to the psyllium.
Me encanta el Psyllium para hacer pan sin gluten, se nota la diferencia de echarlo en la masa, de cómo absorbe el agua, y queda la masa del pan muy elástica como si llevase gluten. Tras hornearlo quedó una miga bastante aceptable, que como es lógico nunca va a quedar como el pan de siempre, pero para ser sin gluten quedó un pan fantástico gracias al psyllium.
