Easy to take.

I was recommended Plantaben from Fcias, which is the same as this, but more expensive. To have the same amount of Plantaben, I take a teaspoon of dosage per day with 2 glasses of water, instead of half a teaspoon. It helps to improve intestinal transit and the consequences of constipation. I take it between meals, because somewhere I read that it may not facilitate the absorption of certain supplements, vitamins or minerals such as calcium among others.

Me recomendaron Plantaben de Fcias, que es lo mismo que esto, pero más caro. Para tener la misma cantidad del Plantaben, me tomo una cucharita de dosificación al día con 2 vasos de agua, en lugar de media cucharita. Ayuda a mejorar el tránsito intestinal y las consecuencias del Estreñimiento. Me lo tomo entre comidas, pues en algún sitio leí que puede que no facilité la absorción de ciertos suplementos, vitaminas o minerales como el Calcio entre otros.
