Soy intolerante a la lactosa, y por unos meses fue una muy buena opción sobre todo por el precio. Al año me empezó a caer un poco pesada. Con este panorama y leyendo un poco sobre las isoflavonas en las sojas decidí invertir un poco más y probar Evohydro 2.0 (suero de leche hidrolizado) un acierto para intolerantes a la lactosa. Sabor no están mal, a veces le cuesta disolver.
