Highly recommended
In my case I prefer to use the "No Flavor" option so I avoid all the sugar, thickeners and other substances that are added. For the flavor I use pure chocolate powder from Mercadona and if you want a little sweetness, add a little bit of honey. In addition, to avoid the sandy texture (very normal in vegan proteins) I recommend using water or water + milk (in equal parts). Finally, I use it mixed with brown rice protein concentrate, to balance its aminogram.
En mi caso prefiero utilizar la opción "Sin Sabor" así evito todo el azúcar, espesantes y demás sustancias que le añaden. Para el sabor le echo el chocolate en polvo puro del Mercadona y si quieres un puntito dulce, échale un poquito de miel. Además para evitar la textura arenosa (muy normal en proteínas veganas) recomiendo utilizar agua o agua+leche (en partes iguales)
Por último, la utilizo mezclada con la proteína de arroz integral concentrada, para así equilibrar sus aminogramas.

Of the existing proteins on the market, it is not the one with the highest percentage of proteins, nor is it the most complete. It is of vegetable origin and lacks some key amino acids. That said, it is the best value for money among those sold on this website and tastes excellent (at least the chocolate one, which is the one I bought).
De las proteínas existentes en el mercado no es la que mayor porcentaje de proteínas lleva ni tampoco la más completa. Es de origen vegetal y le faltan algunos aminoácidos claves.
