Good protein and effective.
I combine this pea protein with rice protein, half and half, always unflavored, much better, thus avoiding the whole issue of sugar and synthetic sweeteners, all of them toxic to a lesser or greater extent, sugar the same. I personally make the smoothie with oat drink, banana, pure natural cocoa, better than alkalized, cashew or peanut cream and spinach powder, I would prefer broccoli, but HSN does not have, I hope they have soon. Some day I have taken it with just water, to see if it tasted as horrible as many people say, I have not found it unpleasant tasting. It dissolves very well, leaving no lumps, at least in a blender. I use it for muscle recovery after workouts with the bike, and the truth is that it is quite noticeable, the next day you feel more recovered and without so much heaviness in the legs. The packaging in the size of 2 kg is correct, allowing to put the hand well and subtract the product, although when closing it there are times that it costs a little. The price could be better, as I find it a bit expensive, but HSN is where you can find the best price. An aspect to improve would be the presentation of a report of the possible content and presence of heavy metals and other toxics, such as pesticides, pesticides, etc.
Esta proteína de guisante la convino con la de arroz, mitad y mitad, siempre sin sabor, mucho mejor, así se evita todo el tema del azúcar y edulcorantes sintéticos, todos ellos tóxicos en menor o mayor medida, el azúcar otro tanto. Yo personalmente hago el batido con bebida de avena, plátano, cacao puro natural, mejor que el alcalinizado, crema de anacardo o cacahuete y espinaca en polvo, preferiría de brócoli, pero HSN no tiene, espero que tengan pronto. Algún día la he tomado con tan solo agua, para ver si sabía tan horrible como dice mucha gente, yo no la he encontrado desagradable de sabor. Se disuelve muy bien, sin dejar grumos, por lo menos en una batidora. La utilizo para la recuperación muscular después de los entrenamientos con la bicicleta, y la verdad es que se nota bastante, al día siguiente te notas más recuperada y sin tanta pesadez en las piernas. El envase en el tamaño de 2 Kg es correcto, permitiendo meter bien la mano y substraer el producto, aunque a la hora de cerrarlo hay veces que cuesta un poco. El precio podría estar mejor, ya que la encuentro un poco cara, pero en HSN es donde mejor la encuentras de precio. Un aspecto a mejorar, sería la presentación de un informe del posible contenido y presencia de metales pesados y otros tóxicos, como pesticidas plaguicidas, etc.
