One of the best vegetable proteins
I started taking protein to meet my daily requirements and this was the first one I tried, and that, after a year I'm still buying it says a lot. I opted for a vegetable protein to avoid animal products (although I am not vegan) and it seemed to me that it was the most complete and economical protein of this group. The only disadvantage of vegetable protein is that it has limiting amino acids because it is not a complete protein. For this reason I recommend it to vegetarians/vegans, people who have a nutritional control and who know how to supplement proteins well or people who are in a good nutritional state and only need an extra contribution. If you do not mind taking animal protein and do not know what your nutritional status is, I recommend that you do some research or try others, such as evowhey. As for its benefits, it is a healthier and more sustainable protein. They say it is better digested, although I personally have not noticed it. It also has a range of delicious flavors. I have tried all of them except the neutral and coffee and in my opinion they are the best I have tried of all the proteins I have taken. In short: a very good and economical protein, but not the best for everyone.
Empecé a tomar proteína para alcanzar mis requerimientos diarios y esta fue la primera que probé, y que, después de un año siga comprándola dice mucho. Opté por una proteína vegetal por evitar productos de origen animal (aunque no soy vegano) y me pareció que era la proteína más completa y económica de este grupo. La única desventaja que presenta la proteína vegetal es que presenta aminoácidos limitantes debido a que no es una proteína completa. Por este motivo la recomiendo a personas vegetarianas/veganas, personas que lleven un control nutricional y que sepan complementar bien las proteínas o personas que se encuentran en un buen estado nutricional y sólo necesitan un aporte extra. Si no te importa tomar proteína de origen animal y no sabes cuál es tu estado nutricional te recomiendo que investigues al respecto o que pruebes otras, como la evowhey. En cuanto a sus beneficios, una proteína más sana y sostenible. Dicen que se digiere mejor, aunque yo, personalmente, no lo he notado. Además tiene una gama de sabores deliciosos. He probado todos ellos salvo el neutro y el de café y en mi opinión son los mejores que he probado de todas las proteínas que he tomado. En resumen: una proteína muy buena y económica, pero que no es la mejor para todo el mundo.
