Great but not easy to digest
I was expecting it to be a bit "heavy" to digest but it's still ok, especially when you mix it 50/50 with brown rice protein. Anyway I use it in recovery after training, it mixes very well in the HSN shaker with the mixer ball and soy milk. The chocolate/hazelnut flavor is crazy! I thought I would have to add cinnamon because of the tasteless brown rice protein, but not at all. And the flavor is great too, it perfumes my kitchen which smells like Nutella now...
Je m'attendais à ce que ça soit un peu "lourd" à la digestion mais ça va encore, surtout en faisant un mix 50/50 avec de la protéine de riz brun. De toutes façons je l'utilise en récupération après l'entrainement, ça se mélange très bien dans le shaker HSN avec la boule mélangeuse et du lait de soja. Le goût chocolat/noisette est dingue ! je pensais devoir rajouter de la cannelle à cause de la protéine de riz brun sans saveur, mais pas du tout. Et l'odeur est elle aussi géniale, ça parfume ma cuisine qui sent le Nutella maintenant...
