The doctor has recommended my 70 year old mother to take this vitamin complex because of her cramps and muscle pain in her legs. Before buying this product, I was looking in pharmacies and other brands were poor in vitamins ... I look for the best for her and checking composition and quantities this HSN product is the best I could find for her. We are very happy.
