Group b for almost everything
The group of B vitamins are water-soluble, then they disappear daily (not the same with the fat-soluble ones) and we should take them with food or supplement them daily if we train hard and give them a lot. I take one tablet daily with breakfast.
El grupo de vitaminas B son hidrosolubles, luego desaparecen a diario (no ocurre lo mismo con las liposolubles) y debemos tomarlas con los alimentos o suplementarios a diario si entrenamos duro y su damos mucho. Yo tomo un comprimido diario con el desayuno.
