I've been taking it for about 8 months now, along with vitamin D3. It's very important to take the D with the K2, otherwise the calcium from the D will circulate in the blood and could cause calcium stones; the K2 is responsible for fixing the calcium in the bones.
Já tomo faz uns 8 meses junto com a vitamina D3, é muito importante tomar a D com a k2 ou caso contrario o cálcio da D fica a circular no sangue e pode porvocar calculos, a K2 é a responsavel por fixar o cálcio nos ossos.
