I love it. My vitamin D was always low and even though they sent me hydroferol the doctor wouldn't raise it. The perfect combo is vitamin D with vitamin K . It is cheaper to take it separately but if you want it more convenient they also have it together.
Me encanta. Siempre me salía baja la vitamina D y aunque me mandaban hidroferol el médico no subía. El combo perfecto es vitamina D con vitamina K . Sale más barato cogerlo por separado pero si lo quieres más cómodo también lo tienen junto
