Small, easy-to-swallow tablets for people who find it difficult to swallow larger tablets. It helps with the immune system and everything related to the body. It has helped with my hair loss although it sounds strange, but yes, it has improved considerably for me. I take them for a couple of months, stop and go back. For me it has been a good choice, quality and price.
