These supplements come in handy if you are a person who is not outdoors a lot or work in an office etc.... I recommend buying the 4000 IUI to avoid having to take 4 capsules a day.

Good quality/price product and it works great. I started using it after an analysis in which I found a Vitamin D deficiency and after several months I already have it in range. I use 4000 IU daily.
