Best unrefined linseed oil
The dose of vitamin D3 per capsule, 4000 IU, is ideal as a gradual recovery of low levels of this vitamin. The mixture with linseed oil is very good, but not ideal. Ideally, the flax oil should be cold pressed, which would make the product more expensive. Very high quality-price ratio.

High and effective dose of vitamin D3.
