A must in winter
I bought them and I have been using them during these last winter months when I have not had much sun, to increase my Vitamin D3 levels. The truth is that it is very noticeable, more active, in a better mood... It is a supplement that I consider essential for that time of the year or if in general you do not get much sun or if you live in a region with few hours of sun.
Me las he comprado y las he estado usando en estos últimos meses de invierno en los que no me ha dado mucho el sol, para subir mis niveles de Vitamina D3. Lo cierto es que se nota muchísimo, más activo, de mejor humor... Es un suplemente que considero imprescindible para esa época del año o si en general no te da mucho el sol o si vives en una región con pocas horas de sol.
