Vitamin D3 (also K2) plus MAGNESIUM are ESSENTIAL to the immune system. To put it simply, they help to manufacture ANTICUERPOSES. During COVID doctors and WHO should have massively prescribed it, especially to seniors... but they did NOT, except vestigially, e.g. some associations. HSN's is very cheap and PROVEN to raise blood levels.
La vitamina D3 (tambien K2) más el MAGNESIO, son ESENCIALES para el sistema inmunitario. Simplificando, ayudan a fabricar ANTICUERPOS. Durante el COVID los médicos y la OMS debieron recetarlo de forma masiva, en especial a mayores... pero NO lo hicieron, salvo de manera vestigial, ej: algunas asociaciones. El de HSN es muy barato y COMPROBADO sube los niveles en sangre.
