Very good!
I stopped taking vegan supplements and this one is really good, I felt a difference straight away. But I was taking 3 caps a day, next time I'll buy a bigger dose.

I started taking vitamin D3 on recommendation when I was out running several days a week as an aid for the times when the sun is absent. I live in the north and there are times when I feel more down when that happens, so I take them on those occasions although I can't say if they have any effect on me.
Empecé a tomar vitamina D3 por recomendación cuando salía a correr varios días a la semana como ayuda para las épocas en las que el sol brilla por su ausencia. Vivo en el norte y hay temporadas en las que me noto más de bajón cuando eso ocurre, así que las tomo en esas ocasiones aunque no sabría decir si me hacen algún tipo de efecto.
