Guaranteed quality

I have been taking omega 3 supplements for years because my diet does not meet the minimum requirements. Until a couple of years ago, I used to take any omega 3, but now I only buy those with the IFOS seal. Although it is a bit more expensive, I prefer to invest in health and have guarantees of the quality of the product. Much better price than the competition.

Necessary for specific moments

I follow a diet low in omega 6, so I don't use it very often, but when you go out, or eat a menu, I find it essential to counteract a little of those sunflower oils and who knows what else we eat out there.
