Easy to take, but can be repeated

They are taken very well and complement what we lack in other foods. I did, however, get a fishy taste reflux after 30 minutes, which I imagine is the most normal thing in the world.

Mejor opción si no consumes pescado y quieres cubrir tus necesidades de omega 3, además viene con certificado IFOS. A corto plazo es verdad que no notas nada pero si no le das a tu organismo lo que necesita, a largo plazo con los años lo notarás así que mejor invierte en tu salud.

Me parece la mejor opción para tomar omega 3 sin tener que comer pescados de ese tipo que sale más caros, llevo tiempo que aunque tomo otro tipo de pescados las pastillas omega 3 no nos faltan en casa y nos va genial ya que las tomamos todos y llevamos bastante tiempo.

An essential in my supplementation

At home we don't eat much fish and the doctor recommended us to take omega 3, with IFOS certificate, better quality. I combine it with Krill oil also from HSN and I take one capsule of each. It does not repeat itself, has no taste and is comfortable to take. Good for cardiovascular health.

En casa no comemos mucho pescado y el médico nos recomendó tomar omega 3, con certificado IFOS, mejor calidad. Yo lo combino con aceite de Krill también de HSN y tomo una cápsula de cada. A mí no me repite, no tiene sabor y es cómoda de tomar. Bueno para la salud cardiovascular.
