Omega 3 is very important in my opinion, among all the benefits it has is that it helps with inflammation, I take it every day but when I'm having period discomfort I take 3 capsules every 8 hours and it helps me a lot. It is value for money that I have not found anywhere else. The capsules are quite large but it's not a problem for me personally.

El Omega 3 es muy importante en mi opinión, entre todos los beneficios que tiene está que ayuda con la inflamación, lo tomo todos los días pero cuando estoy con malestares por la regla tomo 3 cápsulas cada 8 horas y me ayuda muchísimo. Tiene una relación calidad-precio que no he encontrado en otro sitio. Las cápsulas son bastante grandes pero no es un problema para mí personalmente.
