Normally I used to take the Omega-3 whose dosage I had to take 3 capsules a day and it was heavier. However, taking the ultra-Omega-3 allows me to take the same amount in a single dose, which is more convenient and lasts longer in the long run. The effects are good although I can't say concretely how it has improved. Knowing that its effect is to improve cardiovascular health is great.

Los efectos son buenos aunque no sabría decir concretamente como ha mejorado. Sabiendo que sus efectos es la mejora de salud cardiovascular pues es estupendo.
