Como não como peixe,tomo este suplemento e até acaba por ser mais económico e não tem sabor a peixe! Para mim ele traz mais energia ,reduz muito a dor e inflamação da osteoartrite ,tenho mais mobilidade e também na minha tiroidíte linfocítiaria crónica evite as crises inflamatórias agudas que são muito desconfortaveis.
