I usually vary the brand and the percentage, I give them a 10. Anti-inflammatory at the level of swelling and rule regulator / helps to reduce blood glucose / improves mental state, I like these a lot.

Facilitates omega-3 intake

The capsules are easy to take but could have a higher amount of dha even if the price was higher.

Mandatory

I am not a fan of fish and end up lacking a lot of things, including Omega 3, so there is nothing better than to supplement with a quality product. Although the size, they are very easy to ingest.

Não sou adepto de peixe e acabo por ficar em falta de muita coisa, entre isso o Omega 3, pelo que nada melhor como suplementar com um produto de qualidade. Embora o tamanho, são muito faceis de ingerir.
