I am 73 years old. I have been taking it daily for several years. I am not a big fan of fish, and I am a big fan of meat, but the help of Ultra Omega-3 TG is fantastic for me. My cholesterol levels are always within the recommended range in my regular blood tests. The capsules are swallowed whole and have no taste. I highly recommend them.

My favorite omega-3: Convenient, 1 pearl daily, fair price, no heavy metals... good omega-3 for cognitive, physical performance and recovery. I came from omega 3-6-9, but I think this one is superior.
