An ideal supplement

It serves as a daily supplement, since I hardly reach the minimum recommended Omega 3. It comes in soft capsules and is easy to swallow. I recommend it when you are short on omega 3.

Me sirve como suplemento diario, ya que dificilmente llego al mínimo de Omega 3 recomendado. Viene en cápsulas blandas y fácil de tragar. Lo recomiendo cuando vas corto en omega 3.

Very good product
