I usually sleep well, but in times of nerves or stress I sleep regularly, so for 3/4 days I take it to help me re-regulate my sleep. They have always done their job wonderfully.

Helps a lot with insomnia
It is amazing, it relaxes and helps to have a much better quality sleep. I have always had trouble sleeping and have been on medication but with melatonin I don't need it. By taking one pill (in episodes of more insomnia I have had to take 2) I notice how it helps me to control my anxiety and I can sleep much earlier. The next day I feel more relaxed and less exhausted. Plus the tablets are small and don't taste like anything. A 10.
Una pasada, relaja y ayuda a tener un sueño de mucha más calidad. Siempre he tenido problemas para dormir y he estado con medicación pero con la melatonina no la necesito. Con tomar una pastilla (en episodios de más insomnio he tenido que tomar 2) noto como me ayuda a controlar más la ansiedad y puedo dormir mucho más pronto. Al día siguiente me noto más relajada y menos agotada. Además los comprimidos son pequeños y no saben a nada. Un 10.
