Truly effective
I bought them because I worked at night and to be able to fall asleep during the day, the truth is that they helped me a lot !!!! In my case, I took 2 capsules half an hour before bedtime and they were the most effective, I fell asleep quickly and slept wonderfully. Purchase more than recommended.
