Es el tercer bote que compro de esta marca, la melatonina es un complemento que se ha vuelto indispensable para mi a la hora de irme a la cama sobre todo porque soy de esos a los que le gusta usar el teléfono en la cama y esto claramente es perjudicial. Acorta el tiempo que tardas en conseguir el sueño y eso es justo lo que busco, lo ideal es usar la melatonina junto a magnesio para mejorar ademas la calidad del sueño. El hecho de que incorpore vitamina b6 es un plus ya que esta ayuda a la regulación del sueño ademas de ayudar a absorber el magnesio con lo cual funcionan en sinergia todos ellos. El precio es inmejorable como todo lo de esta marca.
