I recommend it.
I used to take others but this is much better, even the pill comes split if you only want half that is enough to be 1.8 mg consumes 0.90 and I sleep soundly the 8 hours of the pull. I recommend it 100%.
Antes tomaba otras pero esta es mucho mejor, incluso la pastilla viene partida por si sólo quieres la mitad que es suficiente al ser de 1.8 mg consumes 0,90 y duermo profundamente las 8 horas del tirón. La recomiendo 100%.

It does its job although you need to take it continuously. Good as a sleep inducer but if you usually wake up in the middle of the night, the extended release is better.
