A marvel
The pills are easy to swallow. I notice the effect quite fast and they allow me a continued rest at night. I've been taking the other strawberry flavored chewable ones, I give them a 10 as well, but these are a bit cheaper and come in a larger quantity in a bottle, so we don't spend so much on plastic. Even so, I have bought two bottles of 120 capsules and I have put them all together in one bottle.
