We take them every night. And my husband takes sleeping pills too. But he says he notices more if he doesn't take the melatonin together. That is, he rests better by supplementing with the melatonin.

Good cost-benefit ratio
I really like HSN supplements in general, both for price and formulation. Melatonin is super cool as an occasional supplement, but it is certainly not the solution for chronic insomnia. Ideally, it should be taken with a specialized accompaniment. In addition, it is not a take and sleep, in fact, poorly administered can further deregulate the circadian rhythm. Good presentation.
Me gustan mucho los suplementos HSN en general, tanto por precio cuanto formulación. La melatonina está súper guay como suplemento ocasional, pero sin duda no es la solución para insomnios crónicos. Lo ideal es una pauta con acompañamiento especializado. Además, no es un tomar y dormir, de hecho, mal administrada puede desregular aún más el ritmo circadiano. Buena presentación.
