Capsule products, which although easier to take and more pleasant tasting than liquid melatonin, I don't find easy to absorb. I prefer sublingual drops.

I like it very much
I usually take it because I suffer from ulcerative colitis and I find it a good supplement for the intestine. It also helps me with fatigue and to get a little more strength in training. Good product.

I feel it works
