From time to time I take melatonin to help me sleep. Today I tried this new one and I really liked it and they are easy to take. In the future, I will repeat the purchase. To put a flaw, the bottle is too big for the amount of pills it contains.

Works very well
I usually take one or half a melatonin pill when my mind is active and I have trouble falling asleep. It helps a lot, it makes you sleepy immediately. The pills are small, easy to swallow and have no taste whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Good product at an incredible price
It really works, you take a pill an hour before going to sleep and you notice how you feel sleepy after about 60-70 minutes... It is not a relaxant that leaves you ko but it certainly helps you to rest better.

When I have one of those days that I have spent with coffee or the day has been very stressful I always use it to rest very well, I at least if I notice the effect after 30 minutes.
