I like the size of the pill, which is very easy to take and the format of the container, which takes up little space but contains many pills. And it started to work for me after 15 days or so and now, half an hour after taking it, I'm already sleeping, it's great for resting!

Exceeded expectations
Even though I'm aware of the quality of HSN's products, I didn't expect Melatonin to be effective from the very first dose. I fall asleep more quickly, at most I wake up once or twice a night, but I fall asleep again without difficulty, and the sleep is exactly what I wanted. It's restorative and I wake up with more energy and well-being to face the new day!
Mesmo ciente da qualidade que a HSN sempre me habitou nos seus produtos, não esperava que neste caso a Melatonina fosse eficaz logo na primeira toma. Adormeço mais rapidamente, no máximo acordo uma ou duas vezes por noite, mas adormeço de novo sem dificuldade, e o sono é exactamente o que eu queria. Reparador e acordo com mais energia e bem estar para enfrentar um novo dia!
